Login information required for the EEI practice tests: EEI practice tests for CAST-R, MASS, POSS, SO/PD II and TECH test batteries are available at eei.org with the login information provided below (you may need to disable your pop-up blocker or allow pop-ups from eei.org). EEI does not provide practice tests for tests that assess an individual’s preferred work style, behavior, and environment (i.e., Work Preferences Inventory). EEI practice tests are available for tests of basic ability (i.e., Analytic Thinking Skills, Reading Comprehension, and Mathematical Usage). Some of the selection testing at Southern Company includes Edison Electric Institute (EEI) test batteries. Due to the nature of some of the selection testing administered, preparation materials are not applicable to the testing and may not be available. Utilizing these practice tests or preparation resources may improve your chances of qualifying.
